Plant! At the End of the World

About:
Plant! At the End of the World is a side-scrolling platformer developed over the course of 10 days for GBJam 10.

Collect raindrops and save the last plant on earth from a polluted demise!

Robin’s Role
As the artist for Plant! At the End of the World, I worked in multiple roles as Producer, Background + UI Art, and Design. With a week turnaround, we had to keep things very organized and communicate to stay on track and learn new software with GB Studio. Creating the background and UI art with sprite and color limitations was a fun challenge. With that, I was able to create and co-design three themed levels (power plant, garbage dump, and burning forest) with different feels and escalating challenges. It all came together to create a fun and engaging platformer with a great message about the effects of human pollution.
